Am I required to create an account?
No. You do not need to create an account to place an order. Creating an account gives you access to manage your order.
Do you take orders?
Yes, I do. Most items are made to order. Once you make a purchase, I will make the items from your order. Products found in the One-Off category are items I will no longer be making. These are available now, but I will no longer take orders for them once they sell out.
Do you make _____?
If you don’t see what you are looking for, please contact me. If I get enough interest in something, I will add it to my list of new items to make. It is also possible I have made that item, but it is not in the store yet.
If you are looking specifically for items made from PlanetJune patterns, please contact me. I have several of her patterns that I have not crocheted yet.
How long will it take to get my order?
It is currently 2 weeks from placement of order to shipment. But this time can vary based on the following:
Number of orders ahead of yours—I make items in the order I receive the requests.
Number of items in your order—If you order multiple items, it will take me longer to complete the entire order.
Complexity of the project—Some projects require much more time to make.
Materials on hand—If I have all the materials on hand, I can begin based on the number of orders ahead or yours.
Supply availability—Stores have been low or out of stock on supplies for many months. This could cause a delay. I will notify you if this is the case.
All items are shipped USPS and will take about 2-5 days to receive. Please see the Shipping Policy page for further details.
Do you ship to other countries?
At this time, I ship within the US only. I hope to add other countries as I learn all the rules and regulations for each country.
Can I return my order?
All sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges. Please carefully read the description for each item. If you have additional questions about an item before you make a purchase, please contact me.
What if my order doesn’t show up?
Once the item is brought to the post office, it is their responsibility to get the item to you. Please contact your local post office with the tracking number provided to you.
